WeCAN is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to empower and equip individuals and families to reach stability and
self-sufficiency. WeCAN serves individuals and families in need in Western Hennepin County.

Our vision is that families and individuals will thrive in a vibrant community with full access to resources and support services.

For clients struggling to pay rent and utilities, even basics like food, personal care, and cleaning supplies can be hard to obtain. Our programs help to make sure clients have the everyday necessities we all need.
